1) Devices and browsers:

AM is configured to be accessible across all devices and browsers. As a guide here are some recommended minimum requirements –

App
IOS – v10+
Android – v5+

Website
All recent major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox.

2) Viewing ticketed events on AM :

You need a user profile ( simple email process ) on AM to view ticketed / watchlist content. You can register anytime here . You can confirm access to content anytime before the event date. Access will be granted on the date and time of the show via the link in the ticket receipt and when logged into AM using your user profile email and password. If you forget your password you can reset it here.

3) Viewing video content on AM :

AM hosts channel content across various platforms ( including YouTube and Vimeo ) Minimum requirements for each can be viewed here:

Content can be viewed on phone, tablet, and web browser. You can also view the content via your Smart TV – this option is dependent on the content and how you view web based content on your TV but can be done via HDMI cable, apple TV, Airplay, and Google Chromecast.

4) Troubleshooting :

Some checks to make if you are having trouble viewing content: 

  1. ensure you have up to date operating systems ( as noted above )
  2. If you are using AirPlay, try connecting from an iPhone or iPad rather than macbook.
  3. Try refreshing the page.
  4. If the content is buffering or not playing it may be due to your internet speed – you can test it here . In general, to stream most videos in standard definition, you’ll need internet speeds of at least 3 Mbps. You need at least 25 Mbps for 4K streaming video on your computer or Ultra HD enabled devices.
