Organized Kaos is a youth and community circus based in the Neath and Port Talbot valleys.
What began as a youth outreach project in 2010 covered by its acronym of Keeping Adolescents Off The Streets (KAOS) has matured into a passionate contemporary Welsh circus that draws deeply on our Celtic roots.
We are an innovative social business, a creative enterprise where all trade profits are reinvested to support our circus training school creating affordable classes for our local community. Embracing the concept of social circus, we have succeeded in providing an art form that not only engages young people and our wider community but also fosters optimism and broadens horizons in an area deprived of its cultural assets: inspiring our beneficiaries to step beyond self-limiting beliefs and promote equality through creative participation.
We incorporate the performance quality and artistic standards of a production company with the community engagement and social mission of a true social enterprise, using circus as a catalyst for social change we provide a voice that echoes through the community to ignite pride in people and place.
The objectives of our company are:

• Motivating young people and adults to get involved in their community
• Encourage the local community to participate in the arts
• Empowering young people and adults to realize their potential
• Create sustainable employment
