Inclusive Journalism Cymru is a network to protect, support and represent people who’ve been marginalised or excluded by the journalism industry.
Our mission is to:
- Support journalists by creating spaces for connection, support and learning
- Change the industry by using our collective power to campaign for systemic change in newsrooms and the wider sector
- Shift narratives and rebuild trust, by confronting prejudice and discrimination and telling stories which better reflect society and support a more equal future for all of us
