Sophia is a herbalist and forager with a background in biology. She facilitates learning and discovery between people and plants, using medicine and food as gateways. She runs foraging forays and workshops centred on home healthcare skills and deepening our understanding of our ecological interdependence with the plant life that surrounds and supports us.
