WAI : Junko Mori

Junko Mori is a Japanese artist and metalworker born in Yokohama, and who now lives in North Wales.
She is best known for her hand-forged metal sculptures that are both organic and minimalist.
This short film was made to be shown at Oita Prefectural Art Museum (OPAM), Japan as part of an exhibition and event celebrating the continued connection between Wales and Japan one year on from the hive of activity around the Rugby World Cup.

ENILLYDD/WINNER 2020 – Care City – Deyah (High Mileage, Low Life)

Previously known as NoNameDisciple and a 2019 Welsh Music Prize nominee, Care City is the first release by Deyah on her own label, High Mileage, Low Life. A smooth hybrid of spoken word, rap and soul, Deyah covers topics from isolation to addiction and healing in this powerful self-produced second EP.

Richard P Jones

Richard Jones is an audio-visual artist based in Cardiff. He works with stills, video, 3-d imagery and soundscape. Recent works explore time and the limits of photography at the digital interface. His work has been exhibited at DOX, Prague, The Smithsonian, Washington, Senedd Cymru and the British Motor Museum. Until 2012 Richard worked as a documentary photographer in China and Japan. He has won the Nat. Press Photographers Award (USA) and Human Rights Press Awards (Asia).
