EM TV / VIDEO HUD is a new platform documenting and celebrating Welsh youth culture through film, music and underground archives. Developed by the young team at CellB in Blaenau Ffestiniog, the project connects the DIY spirit of 90s Cool Cymru with new creative movements emerging across North Wales today.
