Cormac Russell is a social explorer, trainer and author. He is Managing Director of Nuture Development and faculty member of the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) Institute, at DePaul University, Chicago. Cormac works with local communities, NGOs and governments on asset-based community development and other strengths-based approaches, in four continents. His most recent book, Rekindling Democracy was published in 2020.
Iwan Thomas is the Chief Executive Officer of PLANED, whose community led approach to rural development brings communities, public sector, third sector and special interest groups together to support innovative projects and ideas that will create long term environmental, social and economic benefits for Pembrokeshire.
