A book that mixed autobiography, criticism, history and cinephilia together with the express intention of conjuring into existence a New Welsh Cinema. As a daily film and cinema programmer, a continuing record company boss, and occasional book writer who uses Welsh in all he does, he firmly believes the Welsh experience and culture needs to be lived first and examined later."}
