‘Plethu / Weave’ is a series of short films commissioned by NDCWales and Literature Wales fusing poetry and dance from across Wales.

Gweddi am Frws Gwallt was written by Nia Morais and performed by Angharad Harrop and her daughter Nansi with music by Helenn Wyn Pari. It portrays the quiet intimacy of a mother brushing her child’s hair, a simple action filled with care and worry that comes with sending a young person off to school during the pandemic.
