Planet: the Welsh Internationalist magazine ceased publishing in 2024 after 54 years due to the loss of funding, and we hope to relaunch in the future.
In the meantime, rather like a mini issue of Planet delivered down a microphone, enjoy new work & reflections from some of Wales’ most groundbreaking thinkers, activists & writers.
This will include voices Planet readers would already be very familiar with, plus some new ones too: Leanne Wood, Mike Parker, Gareth Llŷr Evans, Huw L. Williams and Maithreyi Karnoor.
Plus connect with the magazine’s Ceredigion roots with music from the brilliant Owen Shiers (Cynefin).

The evening will include, amongst a range of fields including memoir and creative writing, topics such as theatre and politics currently under-served in print by the funding system in the English language in Wales.
