We are delighted to welcome Dan Lock, Director of the newly established National Nature Service. Developing out of the Green Networks across Wales, this new service will focus on job creation, act on the nature and climate crisis, and create custodians for our natural world across Wales. Dan’s vision puts the arts and creativity firmly at the centre of this innovative national service.

We will also welcome Anstacia Ackers from Outside Lives to share their most recent project: Into the Woods. Into the Woods (funded by Arts Council Wales and Natural Resources Wales) is a creative, nature-based programme designed to encourage connection—within oneself, with nature, and with community—through tailored activities, shared stories, breaking bread and volunteer opportunities. Outside Lives is a not-for-profit organisation founded on the principles of permaculture that focusses its activity on three core values – Earth Care, People Care and Future Care.

And we will have a brief update from Rebecca Hardy-Griffith from ACW about the nature toolkit for their Arts, Health & Lottery fund.
