Lumiere Project

The Lumiere project is part of the Festival of Light in collaboration with the Colwyn Bay Town Council, Creu Conwy and a range of other partners. Tape is working with several local community groups, including our regular media club and art club, to create installations that will be placed in shop windows in Colwyn Bay and illuminated.
