Caernarfon Food Festival and Hybu Cig Cymru Gimme 5 competition!
The challenge is simple:
1. Cook a recipe of your choice using Welsh Lamb or Beef.
2. Use up to five other ingredients in the recipe.
3. Then post a picture of the finished plate and a brief description of the recipe on the Caernarfon Food Festival Facebook page giving your name and if you are in primary or secondary school. You are welcome to also share a short video clip with us if you wish.
The closing date is 16 November and we will announce the winner on 23 November.
