Pwy Ydw I Heddiw? is a creative documentary that tells the story of a creative project that aims to raise women’s confidence. The film has been inspired by my journeys with self-portraits and self-confidence as I created a giant self-portrait on my 30th birthday. The film asks the question; in a world full of obstacles to women’s self-worth, what role do the arts have to help us reclaim the narrative and rebuild our confidence?
