Theatr Soar’s doors were officially opened in June 2011 with a launch event full of performances. Theatr Soar is a hub of the community in Merthyr and the surrounding areas. We strive to provide a community resource for everybody in our community by holding a wide range of performances and events. Each year, our calendar is full of a wide variety of events including; drama, dance, music, film, concerts, comedy and workshops.
