Pontio Bangor

Pontio is Bangor University’s Arts & Innovation Centre, opened in 2015. The Grimshaw-designed building, is home to a versatile theatre, Studio and Digital Cinema. Food & drink are available at Ffynnon bar and Cegin cafe. Pontio Arts offers varied entertainment seven days a week, from the latest films to plays, gigs, contemporary circus, cabaret shows and much more. The building also houses a state-of-the-art innovation centre and a wide range of facilities for students, including a Students' Union home and a number of teaching and learning spaces.
