Originally
from Tal-y-bont, Aberystwyth, Lois now lives and works in Cardiff as an
accountant. Rural environments are at the heart of her work, largely inspired
by the West Wales surroundings. The images are formed in sequences and
sequences, as a way of developing specific designs and experimenting with the
different colours and textures. After attending a printmaking night course in
Cardiff Met art school, there was no looking back.
