In 2006, two sixteen-year-old amateur entrepreneurial schoolboys from Gwynedd ventured into the world of record label management. Their decision was influenced after a chance encounter with a Welsh folk legend by the name of ‘Alun Tan Lan’ who suggested that releasing their own original music through their own record label would “make them a killing”.
Over ten years on, a killing is yet to be made, but the label soldiers on as a vehicle for the musical day-dreams of Gruff ab Arwel and Dafydd Owain.
