NEW WELSH REVIEW offers a wide range of cultural material in English from Wales in all media, with an emphasis on the other, the outsider, the exile facing away from the centre who we put in the spotlight. Here you will find original work that is reflective and entertaining, in the guise of fiction; nonfiction; reviews; poetry; photography; rigorous, informed essays, and imaginative work, as well as poetic work that sets the senses humming and the brain ticking. We support contributors, authors and staff of all backgrounds in terms of culture, experience, disadvantage and disability, and themes of tolerance and empathy permeate all our work.
